I have been using ADI-diary since May 2004. I have found it extremely useful to help me run my business and so easy to use. It has organised me and kept all my records in one place. I have been able to keep track of all my pupils payments and been able to provide the pupils account on request so they would know exactly when they had lessons and how much they paid. It can even keep progress reports.

I have several instructors and with the internet updating facility I have updated diaries for all of them with a few clicks of the mouse. The updating facility still amazes me every time I use it. I don't have to make lengthy phone calls anymore, my phone bills have been slashed by more than half, the subscription for the updating facility was well worth the money.

It takes the headache out of doing tax returns as well. I don't know what I would do without it.

I LOVE ADI-diary!! I have looked high and low for a good program and it seemed I always had to compromise. ADI-diary organised my entire life, not only my lessons and pupils, but it saved me so much time. I love all the features, especially the notes that you can attach to any pupil, lesson and even DNB.

I was sceptical when I first thought about purchasing ADI-diary. I've been trying to use several applications, including Microsoft Office. None of them did the job as well as ADI-diary. At last great technology came to the Driving Instructors' Industry.

To use the program in the car is a pleasure. It is user friendly, easy to learn, and it is convenient to have all your working information at your fingertips. You can access and edit pupils' details straight away - if a pupil has a query, you can view the pupil's account or progress report - sitting just next to the pupil, you can book future lessons immediately.

Probably the greatest benefit of ADI-diary, is that the instructor is able to keep their own financial accounts, keep a record of their expenses and do end-of-year tax return.

The ability to link the front office to the instructor is one of the major benefits of using ADI-diary. It practically eliminates phone calls and saves me money.
