The pupil list allows you quickly to locate any pupil in your database.
It has incremental search facilities. Type in the first letter and cursor jumps to a group of pupils sharing the same first letter of their name. Type next letter, and the cursor jumps further and so on. To find a pupil you rarely need to type more than 2 or 3 characters. You will be able to see the name of the pupil in the list immediately (providing the pupil has been entered). |
| There is more: you can filter the pupils to an allocated instructor. So you only see those pupils that the selected instructor works with. | |

Imagine such a situation: You have a phone call from a pupil who wants to book a test for tomorrow and most of your instructors are fully booked. Just select menu 'Find Available Instructor' for given date and time and the list will pop up. Done. Select an instructor, book a test for the pupil and send the information over the secure server to the instructor. The operation will only take a few seconds. |

Instructor Time Sheet: In this dialog box you can see all lessons for each instructor for a selected time period with the total lesson hours. |

Memo: You can insert Memo to any date, for example to remind you to book MOT or buy a birthday present. These memos are marked on the Diary Headers of a day column or you can simply search for a phrase. |
