Technology for Driving Instructors

The third generation of diary for driving instructor’s software has undergone a huge transformation from being software for a local computer running on Windows 98 and USB synchronisation, to a full blown Office Online compatible with all major browsers and resides on several powerful servers with load balancing.

Each of the three generations of this software is characterized by technological developments that fundamentally changed the way it operates, resulting in a more powerful, more efficient and reliable program.

During these years of constant development, improvement and consultations with instructors and driving schools, the software contains all features you expect from a technology that helps to run a successful business.

Tutor Diary is Dedoc Software's latest product catering to the business needs of driving schools and driving instructors. It is a unique online driving school management software that lets you organise your driving school efficiently and conveniently. From storing pupil profiles and instructor details to making bookings via a dynamic instructor week-by-week calendar, from generating invoices to sending SMS and emails to pupils, tutorDIARY is a secure online interface that puts your business in a "go-drive" mode.

It offers greater security; in case of a disk crash or stolen computer, the data can be directly fetched from our servers. The diary will be available without any installation or recovery procedures. Tutor Diary has an improved emailing system and includes a new SMS feature that permits you to send an SMS to your pupil's mobile phone as a lesson reminder.

Unlike ADI-diary, Tutor-Diary can work on any modern operating system - Windows, Mac or Linux. Tutor Diary is also  optimized for iPad and Android. The system will automatically recognise the type of device you are using and adjust its' behaviour accordingly. If you are using an iPad or Android, then the system will switch on the touch functions. Otherwise, it will use normal mouse procedures.
